The quarterly dividend is equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.43 per share, an increase from $1.42 per share in Fiscal 2026.

Wiley recently reported its first quarter fiscal 2027 results, delivering solid growth in Research while accelerating AI and data analytics momentum, cutting corporate expenses 19%, and reaffirming its full-year outlook.
