Dennis succeeds Patrick Bain, who is stepping down following a 16-year career with Long & Foster, including the last three and a half years as President & CEO. Bain shared his decision with HomeServices earlier this year, allowing the company to undertake a thoughtful succession process and ensure a smooth leadership transition. Bain and Dennis will work closely together over the coming weeks as part of the designed transition process.

Dennis returns to the HomeServices of America family after most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales and Service at RE/MAX, where he worked with brokerage leaders and businesses across the country and led teams focused on recruiting, brokerage and agent support, growth and expansion.

Earlier in his career, Dennis spent more than a decade leading Roberts Brothers, a HomeServices of America brokerage in Alabama. He later served as President of Illustrated Properties in South Florida, where he led one of the region’s prominent luxury real estate organizations.
